Olivia has a deep connection with animals, nurtured by a lifetime of experience with everything from birds to horses, with dogs always holding a special place in her heart. She is particularly fond of Terriers, appreciating their bold, confident, intelligent, and sometimes stubborn personalities. German Shepherds also hold a special significance for Olivia, whose family once had over 13 on their family farm.

You’ll often find Olivia working alongside her dogs: Kratos, her working line German Shepherd, and Ruthie Toothie, her Wheaten Terrier who is her primary demonstration dog & her Lab mix, Loki Bear. Who occasionally joins them as well.

Beyond her passion for animals, Olivia brings years of valuable customer service experience to her role. She is committed to providing excellent support to our business and our clients. As the Assistant General Manager at both our locations, Olivia also assists our head trainer, Jessica Belcher, with training and support for our daycare staff. For over two years, Olivia has been learning about dog behaviorism and science under Jessica’s guidance, all to enhance the care we provide to our clients and their beloved dogs.
